I am an Industrial Designer by trade. I have worked as a designer since 2006. During this time, I have developed my skills in different areas including graphic design, packaging, and photography. I consider my self a quick learner, eager to further my design knowledge and skills. I am talented in problem-solving and customer service.

Denver, CO. 2019 – 2020

 

I worked closely with the sales and production teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

I was selected to analyze and provide feedback on the company’s updated CRM system. This role also included training peers to transition to the new system.

I was responsible for coordinating with managers of multiple departments to assure customer satisfaction. And negotiated production schedule when needed

I managed and improved customer relations with multiple customers including one of the primary accounts of the company. Built trust and sustained relationships.

Worked in a different field such as customer service has given me the opportunity to develop my skills to build, maintain, and grow customer accounts. 

Grupo Herdez. Industrial Design Assistant Manager.  
Mexico City. 2011 - 2015

 

I was the industrial design leader at Grupo Herdez for four years. We developed packaging for the different needs of the brands that belonged to the group. I worked closely with marketing managers and feasibility engineers. Working as a leader, I developed administrative skills and learned to delegate duties according to the abilities of the team members.

 

Grupo Vitro. Senior Product Designer / Concept Designer.
Mexico City. 2006 - 2011

 

As part of the glass bottle design team in VITRO, I developed new innovative and refreshing concepts of glass bottles.  I created concepts for a variety of clients. I worked closely with the mold engineering area to develop the final bottle. Most of my designs were for the fragrance and personal care market. I also participated in the development of bottles for alcoholic beverages, food, and sodas.

Vitro gave me the opportunity to develop my skills as an industrial designer and team member. I learned the personal and professional decorum in business. I developed my self-motivation and commitment to my job.

 

SICRESA Jr. Industrial Designer.
Mexico City. 2006

 

I helped to develop signage for sports clubs and shopping centers. I worked as part of the industrial design team and with some basic duties as a graphic designer. Working here, I developed my interest in graphic design and I realized that they work together complementing each other.
